informational; it explains the data and analytics services ArmanTek, Inc. (“ArmanTek,” “we,”
“our,” or “us”) provides to other businesses.

Client Data Processing. When we perform contracted services for a customer, we act as
that customer’s service provider / processor and handle data solely under the written
agreement—not under this Policy.
Linked Sites. Any third-party websites we reference have their own privacy terms; ArmanTek
is not responsible for them.
California Consumers. ArmanTek does not intentionally collect personal information
subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) through this Site (see § 7).

The Site contains no log-in, contact form, newsletter, or account portal, and ArmanTek

If you choose to email us directly using the contact details in § 8, any personal information
in that correspondence is used solely to respond to your inquiry and then retained or
deleted in accordance with our internal retention schedule.
3. How We Use Site-Collected Information
We use the Technical / Log Data described above to:

Consistent with ArmanTek’s Privacy & Data-Protection Policy (Employee Handbook), we
apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards—such as encryption
in transit, firewalling, and regular vulnerability scanning—to the Site’s infrastructure. No
Internet transmission is 100 % secure, so please exercise caution before sending us
sensitive information by email.
7. California Notice
ArmanTek is not a “business” under the CCPA with respect to Site visitors because we do
not collect personal information via the Site. If you believe we inadvertently received your
personal information outside a client relationship, contact us at [email protected]
and we will evaluate and honour any applicable CCPA request.
